Refund and Returns Policy

At Pixalmart, we deal exclusively in digital products and subscription services.
Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital goods, refunds are not provided once the product is downloaded or the subscription is activated.

  • However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

    • Duplicate payment or accidental double charge

    • Technical issue that prevents you from accessing the purchased item (if reported within 3 days)

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your active subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not refund the current period.

3. Request Refund

To request a refund (in eligible cases), email us at support@pixalmart.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

We review each case within 3-5 business days.
